1.Card Tagging​

You can add Tag to the card to quickly locate the card.

Entrance: My cards-> Activated Card-> Tag

2.Binding Telegram Robot​

Entrance：Account setting-> Account info

  • Receive all system notifications.
  • Can view Metapay code.
  • Receive multiple content notifications.

3.Card Auto Reload​

Low-balance cards can be set up for automatic card reloading

Entrance：My cards-> Activated Card-> Edit

4.Self-service refund​

Entrance：Balance-> Wallets-> Refund

Return Requirements:

  1. remove all cards
  2. no transactions have occurred within 10 days.

Return Methods:

  1. Bank Transfer
  2. USDT (TRC 20)
  3. Capitalist.

Return Process:

  1. Fill out the return information.
  2. Receive confirmation from the system via email, make sure to reply to this email (Ok, I confirm), and then await the return.
  3. The return process will take 3-7 business days.

Return Fee: Returns up to $500 will incur a $20 fee.
