Pending transactions​

It happens when you make a purchase using your card. The transaction is authorized but not yet fully processed, and it will appear as "Approved(pending)" on your account. The amount is deducted from your balance during this time.

Pending transactions need to wait 3-5 business days to be settled, sometimes up to 10 business days or more.

While a transaction is pending, it cannot be stopped or canceled, even if the card is canceled.

Void transaction​

It happens when a transaction being canceled without any card balance being deducted..

Processed transaction​

It happens when a transaction has been settled.

Released transaction​

It happens when a pending transaction is no longer being processed. The released transaction amount will be returned to your balance, but we show the initially authorized amount for your convenience.
